Squirrel monkeys are highly social, playful animals that live in large groups. They are arboreal, meaning they spend most of their lives in the treetops. Groups are characterized by solidarity, playfulness, and rich communication, and in raising offspring, maternal care comes to the fore, accompanying them until they become capable of independent living.
"Tropical embrace" is a part of the "Tropical rainforest" subseries, within the broader collection titled "From Tundra to Tropical Rainforest." Collection also has a written addition to every painting. It's my biggest body of work so far. Paintings feature animals and their stories acros the Earths biomes.
