Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will require photographic evidence of the damage.
- Incorrect Orders.

Not what you expected: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Non-eligible Items: Custom paintings and original paintings are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Time Frame
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or refund.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us via email at laura.loncar@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorect.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 10 business days
5. European Union 14 day cooling off period
- Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.This applies to standard items only and not to custom-made or personalized items.
