Shipping policy

Handling Time: The processing times depend on the item you purchased. For original and custom paintings, it can take me up to a month to prepare them and ship securely to you. I'll do my best to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Prints and product will be shipped within 7 days after you place your order.
Shipping Time: Typically, shipping takes 3-7 business days. During the holiday season, shipping may take 5-10 business days. Shipping times are determined by the carrier and your location, and I apologize for any delays that may occur.

If your package is delayed or late, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier.
In case your package is lost in transit, please contact me at laura.loncar@gmail.com within 48 hours so that I can arrange a replacement for you.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at laura.loncar@gmail.com within 48 hours and include a picture of the damaged item to be eligible for a replacement.

Please note that any VAT, import fees, or other duties charged by your local government upon delivery are your responsibility.
