Tigers are extremely territorial animals that prefer a solitary life. They roam the forests, traveling miles under the cover of night in search of prey. They hunt from the shadows, stalking and patiently waiting for the right moment to catch their prey.
"Presence in the shadows" is a part of the "Temperate forest" subseries, within the broader collection titled "From Tundra to Tropical Rainforest." Collection also has a written addition to every painting. It's my biggest body of work so far. Paintings feature animals and their stories acros the Earths biomes.
